Our development normally involves three key processes:

First development process: Upon completion of the analysis phase, we go though our initial development process in the Indian office. Often the client side conditions are simulated and an initial version is developed. This constitutes roughly half of our development time. At the end, we have a product/system that has most of the functionality incorporated.

Client feedback: It is now time for our customers to review the nature of the system in its existing state. Often changes are made at this point to accommodate the changing business needs and at times to accommodate enhancements. At time, if there are requests for major enhancements, we may re-negotiate the price for the enhancements. In the very end, our customers have a good idea of what the system would look like.

Second development process: This is the phase of consolidating the requirements into the system and adding the request frills and fancies to the system. Often most issues are resolved.
At other times, we do the application development in one of our Development Centers, which is highly cost-effective to the client.
